Wilimee Winemaker’s Lunch

 

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon as Tonka hosts a Winemaker’s Lunch with the boutique Wilimee Vineyard on Sunday, May 25th.

Tucked away in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges, Wilimee is a small family-run vineyard producing exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by winemakers Ben Ranken and interior architect Sally Richardson.

Their grapes grow on ancient Cambrian soil, hand-picked and shaped by the cool high-country climate. With a vineyard located beside a sacred Wurundjeri quarry, every bottle carries a sense of place and purpose.

Throughout the afternoon, Wilimee’s winemaker and Tonka’s sommelier Gemma Neil will guide you through a curated selection of wines—including their rare Underwater Pinot Noir, aged for five years beneath the surface.

Enjoy a five-course menu with wine on arrival and matching wines throughout, including their rare Underwater Pinot Noir, aged for five years beneath the surface.
