Join us for an unforgettable afternoon as Tonka hosts a Winemaker’s Lunch with the boutique Wilimee Vineyard on Sunday, May 25th.
Earlier this season, we travelled to the stunning Wilimee Vineyard in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges—tucked into ancient Cambrian soils and surrounded by cool high-country air—to hand-pick the wines that will be poured for you on May 25th.
Alongside winemaker Ben Ranken, our head sommelier Gemma Neil, and our founder, Mykal Bartholomew we tasted through their exceptional range and curated a five-course menu to match.
Wilimee is a small, family-run vineyard founded by winemaker Ben and interior architect Sally Richardson. Their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow on land rich with story—beside a sacred Wurundjeri quarry—and each bottle reflects a deep connection to place and purpose.
On the day, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully selected line-up of wines—including their rare Underwater Pinot Noir, aged five years beneath the surface—paired with a seasonal five-course menu designed to elevate each pour.
