Previously awarded The Age Good Food Guide Wine List of the Year and Sommelier of the Year for his work at Coda he continues to design the wine lists and work on the floor of both restaurants. Alongside his team of enthusiastic sommeliers, always on hand to share their knowledge, Travis has devised an interesting and accessible wine list is designed around Indian spice. As Travis puts it “less France, more Italy, without forgetting our local heroes.”
